About Me:

My focus at Child and Teen Solutions is on child testing and assessment, where I work as a team member to evaluate learning disabilities, behavior issues, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders.

My love of working with children and families began when I was a teen, out of experiences assisting in my mother’s kindergarten classroom. To pursue my interest in pediatric development and mental health, I earned a double major in Neuroscience and Psychology at Boston University while completing a directed study on emotional development in the Affective Neuroscience and Development Lab at Harvard University. Following graduation, I worked at the National Institute of Mental Health for two years, focusing on clinical irritability and behavioral difficulties in youth.

Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology at the University of Washington. My research focuses on how adaptive coping develops in children, as well as family-based intervention to support children’s social and emotional development.

I offer clinical intervention to children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder through the University of Washington’s Psychological Services Center. Additionally, I have co-led parenting groups offered in the greater Seattle community.

It is a privilege to learn from the families we work with. I believe in an open, collaborative, and compassionate approach to assessment and clinical care. I aim to create a warm and safe space for clients as we work in pursuit of their goals.
