Our positions are designed as a career path within our clinic, rather than a stand‑alone fellowship year. We intend to make offers in January, allowing candidates to transition smoothly into long‑term roles that emphasize mentorship, growth, and stability.
Role Overview
We are seeking a psychologist or postdoctoral fellow to join our team. Child and Teen Solutions (CATS) offers careers in clinical psychology. We are seeking candidates who are interested in long-term positions, beyond the postdoc year. We are prioritizing candidates with strong child assessment backgrounds (including autism) and report writing skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Provide in‑person developmental and educational evaluations for learning disorders, autism, and ADHD.
Offer evidence‑based therapy and parent consultation, drawing on approaches such as CBT, exposure techniques, PCIT, and Incredible Years.
Collaborate with families and colleagues to deliver creative, compassionate care.
Embrace opportunities to receive supervision and mentorship, with opportunities to grow toward independence.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Starting Pay
Pay is hourly and based on full-time work, defined as 1200 billable hours per year (25 billable hours per week)
$85,000 annually for postdoctoral fellows
$115,000 annually for early career psychologists seeking mentorship at CATS
$130,000+ annually for advanced career psychologists

Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
At least 3 years of experience working with children, teens, and parents.
Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders and family systems.
U.S. work authorization required.
