Infant Mental Health
Infant Mental Health refers to the social, emotional, and relational wellbeing of children from birth to age three, and the foundational support they receive from their caregivers. It’s not about diagnosing babies. It’s about understanding them.
Emotional wellness starts early. Whether you’re navigating sleep disruptions, intense crying, or simply wondering what your child’s behavior is trying to tell you, we are here to help you reflect, respond, and feel more confident in your caregiving. Early relationships shape the developing brain. When caregivers feel supported, children thrive. Our approach draws from infant mental health principles, developmental psychology, and trauma-informed care to support relational healing.
